While running my own landscape architecture practice in California, USA for over 10 years I’ve worked with homeowners and others across many settings from deserts to mountains to the coast. (Cali’s a big state :-) All that variation has meant continuous learning and discovery (which I love!).

But there was a problem- I realized the traditional model of design services was too slow and often too pricey for many homeowners, especially those still working their way up in their career or business.

Yet along the way I’d been able to coach a number of homeowners who wanted to design + build their own gardens but needed some help solving a problem or sorting out their ideas.
